Our transmission division handles the full lifecycle of tower construction — from foundation casting and tower erection to conductor stringing, sag-tension control, earthing and final commissioning. Every job is executed under KSEB technical specifications with full statutory compliance, certified linemen and rigorous on-site safety supervision.

Tower Erection

Lattice tower assembly and erection for 11 kV up to 220 kV transmission lines with crane and gin-pole methods.

Foundation Works

Concrete pad, pile and rock foundations engineered for Kerala's varied terrain and soil conditions.

Conductor Stringing

Tension stringing of ACSR/AAAC conductors with sag adjustment, clipping and vibration damper installation.

Earthing Systems

Counterpoise and pipe earthing with measured earth resistance values per IS 3043.

Pre-commissioning Tests

Insulation resistance, continuity, polarity and HV testing prior to charge-up.

Statutory Liaison

End-to-end coordination with KSEB and the Electrical Inspectorate for sanction and energisation.
